We are a factory located about 100 KM east of Mumbai in India, having manufacturing facility of super critical extraction of herbs & spices. The facility is constructed on the technology and engineering supplied by FLAVEX Naturextrakte GmbH Germany. We are using the technology developed & supplied by them. We intent to market our extracts & can also provide you Toll (contractual) extraction services at very reasonable rates. The extracts shall meet the standard quality specifications expected in the CO2 extract i.e. absence of heavy metal / their salts, solvent, microbial count. The extracts shall be standardized type i.e. we assure you that every lot will be consistent in quality.We are also confident that while meeting these norms you will have sufficient margin while we supply extracts manufactured at our factory & the same will be higher with the toll extraction. We look forward to hear from you, your views & preparedness to accept our proposal (1) to buy our CO2 extracts for your captive use for formulation or to sale to your customer (2) use our CO2 extraction facility for toll extraction. We can process 1-1.25 MT dry material per day & the facility is FDA approved by Indian Govt. We are prepared to offer you the inspection of the facility.
